- 2 cups Sooji/Semolina

- 2.5-3 cups of water

- Salt to taste

How to Cook?


1. Prepare the Batter:

- In a large bowl, take Sooji/Semolina batter. Add half a cup of curd, 3 cups of water.

- Add the grated beetroot to the batter and mix it well until the batter turns a beautiful pink color.


2. Add the Vegetables and Spices:

- To the beetroot batter, add the finely chopped green chilies, grated ginger and fresh coriander leaves.

- Season with salt according to your taste preferences.


3. Mix and Rest:

- Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
